Brent Bolthouse rents John Lautner

As far as millionaire, L.A. houses go, this might just be my favorite.. love at first sight maybe? Designed by the incredible John Lautner (the architect who designed that space-age building in 'Diamonds are Forever' and who sold one of his houses to Courtney Cox for nothing shy of $33.5 million), this 1947 house is in the hilltops of hollywood. Unsurprisingly it has a $10'000 a month price tag attached but thats no problem for American entrepreneur Brent Bolthouse who currently lives there. Between the house, location and roommate $10'000 seems like a bargain!
